INGREDIENTS: PEANUTS, GLUCOSE SYRUP, CANE SUGAR, HONEY, ALMONDS, PALM KERNEL OIL, ALKALIZED COCOA, SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE, PEANUT BUTTER (PEANUTS, SEA SALT), UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE, CHICORY ROOT FIBER, SOY LECITHIN, NATURAL FLAVOR, SEA SALT, COCOA BUTTER.

(8g added sugar out of 200 total calories. Basically a lightweight dessert.)

I have ordered these same bars twice & both times I did they were hard as a rock. Maybe I was unlucky & got bad ones both times but buyer beware.
