The PRX has a different look to it, but is probably a better GADA watch. I'd probably go with the PRX, much as I like this.

The PRX is a perfectly acceptable watch but the lack of adjustment and integrated bracelet might mean you need to wear it pretty loose on the wrist for 3 out of 4 seasons of the year, because it can get really uncomfortable in the summer time if you don't allow for that wrist expansion.
If you want a better quality watch than both at the $200 price point, take a look at San Martin, especially ones that list on-the-fly adjustment clasp.
