Prx is not 199$ though. Id go with the prx
It'sa great deal. Victorinox is the same brand behind Swiss Army Knives, and the same quality and detail goes into their watches. This is a quartz watch, so it's not really in the same category as a PRX, but Victorinox is good, and Titanium is a good material, the $199 price is worth it.
The PRX has a different look to it, but is probably a better GADA watch. I'd probably go with the PRX, much as I like this.
PRX has a metal integrated bracelet, and this one looks like a rubber/silicone band. Not to mention totally different look and vibe. I would spring for PRX unless you have too many dressier, integrated bracelets

The PRX is a perfectly acceptable watch but the lack of adjustment and integrated bracelet might mean you need to wear it pretty loose on the wrist for 3 out of 4 seasons of the year, because it can get really uncomfortable in the summer time if you don't allow for that wrist expansion.
If you want a better quality watch than both at the $200 price point, take a look at San Martin, especially ones that list on-the-fly adjustment clasp.
