Damn still stuck in limbo for the UH ipad Air deal. Otherwise, I'd just get these. Hopefully, these remain in stock until I get paid tomorrow.
This also happened to the XM5 as far as refurbished units appearing weeks after they launched. Made me extremely nervous that such a brand new, high-end item had refurbs weeks after being released. Those were the cheapest the XM5s ever were. Somewhere around $185 plus tax IIRC.

Secondipity also just reupped their eBay listings for these headphones. An additional $100 but comes with a 2yr warranty as opposed to just a 30 day warranty.
