I would avoid Tineco products. I have the Tineco Floor One S5 vacuum/mop ($500) and while it works pretty good, it stopped working after about a 6 months. It goes from 100% battery charge to 0% in 20 seconds. I reached out to Tineco, they were good, they replaced it with a new one. But 1.5 years later, same issue. And I hardly use this mop, maybe once every 3 months!
I've checked online for solutions, nothing. I did find many others either this issue though.

Buy the Allstate 3 year extended warranty for peace of mind. It's like an extra $15-20.
