I put in a ticket on an error message I got on an In-Box survey a few weeks ago, that instructed me to notify the website with an error code they provided. But there is no "misc." choice from the drop down contact menu, so I submit it under Trusted Surveys. I typed in all caps across the top that my problem is not with TS, and go on to explain the problem with In-Box, and include a C&P of the error message and code number. SBs writes back telling me how to fix my TS dashboard (clear cookies, cache, that rot)! I write back again, this has nothing to do with TS. They write back they can't credit me for an uncompleted survey. I write back that I never asked for credit. They write back apologizing again for trouble with my dashboard, and tell me they have submitted my problem to TS, and I will hear back in 7-14 days. I write back that it ain't broke, so don't fix it. Seven to ten days later, no surveys. I wonder if their incompetence resulted in my dashboard getting turned off. Some of their CS people are totally incompetent, and seem to be incapable of understanding English. Why did I ever rock the boat by submitting the stupid ticket in the first place?

I've been up since 5am, and spent a lot of time refreshing TS in one browser, while doing all the 1 SB vids in two others. I've written a letter to upper tier tech support - who might or might not see it - but I'll give it a another day before I send it since you haven't gotten any TS for most of the day.
It's so hard to earn SBs without TS. SBs TV, fleeting offers of 4 SB vids, 1 SB RO vids, a couple of Jun vids in the early am, low value search wins, a couple of low value offers, and two low value PL surveys. This sucks!
P.S. When I see the daily goal at 100 SBs, I expect some surveys or offers!
