I would go to each of the offer walls and click on the "missing swagbucks?" or "customer service" or whatever it says links. Then it should have a list of offers you have clicked on. You may be able to find it that way.

I had to answer questions to qualify, had to watch a whole TV show (The Goldbergs), and then answer of series of lengthy questions.
