But if you get them to work (all of mine have, knock on wood) and combine them with their deals and reward program, you can get some very good deals.
Oh, my other huge complaint is the ridiculous $6 delivery fee... on top of which you are still supposed to tip? At least here in Queens NY. I only order $20 worth of food but have to pay $34?!? Lately I just go pick it up myself.

One other comment - don't save Costco GC in the Costco Wallet online. It will render the remaining balance of physical/digital GC useless for instore purchases. Not sure why they do that.
