there is a good chance there will be paperwork you need to submit, and if you do this over the phone you will never receive that paperwork since it may be necessary to go to the Tmo website to submit it, and after the eligibility period those form will no longer be available (again, ymmv). I'm just saying that if you do this, stay on them like a dog until you get information that your bonus is approved and the date it will be issued.
