Picked up an excellent condition unit via shipping. Currently using a OmniBook X with Snapdragon Elite so this will be a really good comparison. My only real complaints with my current laptop are the lack of haptic touchpad so the Ultra should easily fix that issue (along with a much better screen).

Great deal! Man I would jump on this if it were 32GB.
There's a reason we're seeing all these super premium computers being heavily discounted, and I would bet this reason is the 16gb memory.

Is this CPU worthwhile? Wish I could get something at this price with 8060s power.

I just bought an open box omnibook x with 24gb and ryzen 7, but the screen on this one is tempting, im worried about the low ram though...

Is this really good for a student? My daughter who is starting the college this year.
I want battery life for at least 10-12 hours on normal usage, so they she don't have to look for charger in college.

Lunar Lake, 120hz screen, convertible form factor slightly under 3 lb.Seems to be a solid deal... time to play the open box roulette!
What is special about Lunar lake? Lost with all new intel processor naming.

Unlike older Intel processors, this one runs cool and is energy-efficient. It also offers improved graphics performance, resulting in a quiet laptop that delivers solid visuals and all-day battery life—areas where previous Intel chips often fell short.
The downside: it's not the best for heavy multi-core workloads. That said, after using a few myself, I can confidently say it's a great option overall.
When buying a laptop, also consider factors like weight, screen size and resolution, display quality & brightness , touchpad type, keyboard layout and feel, port selection, and battery life. This particular model scores well across the board. Best of luck!

MacBook Air is perfect as long as you get the base maybe 513 gb . Definitely not if you need a 1TB hard drive . Unlike Windows laptop MacBook Air holds its value and battery health over time.
