I used to have the same issue, but later ended up using straps more often than not -- for example, pullups with bare hands, then Pendlay rows with straps. It helps me finish my sets more completely without completely fatiguing my hands, etc. It also lets me work around elbow tendonitis a little more easily. Good to have in the bag, but not a crutch.

Not sure if you had the same issue as me, but in-app on mobile I had to hit "Go" from the keyboard to register the code after typing it. Tapping off screen and then hitting continue was ignoring the code.

These are great for barbell pulls as well. Shrugs, upright rows, etc.

Ok, I've seen people mention front squats and bench press now, and I'm struggling. These are made for pulling, I've used them for almost 30 years and never tried FS or BP (in fact, I spin them around and let them dangle for those movements). What's the trick?

Or are people confusing them with wrist wraps (for stability)?

Those are nonsense posts.

I do front squats with one finger on the bar just to keep it in place. They would be impossible with a wrap because you bend your wrists so far back.

Yeah, I think they are mixing straps and wraps....

Got them and used them yesterday. They are super long to wrap around the weights but do what they need to.

Not bad for $3.××

Front squats? Nope. Deadlifts? Yep.
