My local Microcenter has these refurbished laptops on sale for $479 with Open Box ones available for as low as $369. I spot checked a few other MCs and most seem to have a few for either $369 or $409. They are currently $949 new from HP.

I'm currently typing from the refurb unit I got from Micro Center a few months ago for $460. This device is a great value at this even lower price and does everything I need it to (mainly productivity). Battery life is great and build quality is very good (although some more expensive options are better).

looks pretty good for the price. Windows on ARM has matured sufficiently for almost everybody IMO. You'd probably know if you use something that might be an issue.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend an ARM based system like this over x86/x64 based systems with an Intel or AMD CPU.

Edit: Was one "open box" but not there anymore. So $480 for the "closed box" refurb. not bad

I got this 2 months ago for this price, no complains. Mine was open box and they allowed me to unbox it in store before buying it.

Best Buy has a i5 version for 550 new and that's also a great deal.

how do you see online if there is an open box? I looked i have 5 stores within driving distance and do not see any open box

It's got 2 USB-C ports on it so yes it does. You can do a USB-C HDMI hub or an LCD display that uses USB-C. This CPU supports it
