What's the difference, and why is it worth an extra $20?
The Bowers & Wilkins Px7 S2e offers slight improvements over the Px7 S2, including a new digital signal processor for better sound dynamics, while both models share similar design and features like battery life and noise cancellation. If you already own the Px7 S2, upgrading to the S2e may not be necessary unless you seek the marginal sound enhancements.

Saw this in the What Hi-Fi review. Sounds like it's worth the extra $20 over the normal Costco price. But the real deal is the S2 model at the $125 clearance price in Costco. Too bad that's not available in my area.
Clamping is one issue but the biggest issue Ive read is connectivity issues
This goes with Bose and Sony's top tier bluetooth headsets
It's 2025 and $300-500 headphones can't connect properly and flawlessly with both Android and Apple
Hell most of the connectivity issues are with Android phones
I use an iPhone and have tried every iteration of Airpods, connecting to this pair of headphones is like a 9 to 5 job in comparison.
B&W is a great company, the sound signature is really pleasant as well but took them back as they need some serious software updates
I suppose the intermittent issues are why its just a "frequently returned item" and not a straight up poorly reviewed item, but I have the normal S2's and with my S22 ultra setup and pairing was a breeze and I've literally never had a single issue with connectivity or reliability. I primarily use these for walking my dogs or just getting around town when I won't be actively exercising and they've been phenomenal.

Definitely not worth what Amazon usually sells them for ($359?!) when Costco sells the S2 for $129-199
