I got some of the Just Bright last week. I like it OK. It has a bit of a zesty citrus aftertaste. I mostly use this in a super automatic and make Americanos. I tried it with Lattes, and the citrus is not a good mix. My preferred bean is Lavazza Super Crema but I am always on the lookout for a good deal.
I used to roast my own but green unroasted beans are far too expensive now. When I roasted, I considered beans this color to be a medium roast. They are lighter than the Lavazza medium roast. Here is a side-by-side comparison. And the Apr 2026 exp date on the package I received last week.

Like others have mentioned, it's all subjective. You might want to experiment with ordering lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos to dial in your preference.
