If you don't mind refurb, Secondipity has them for $304 on their official site. I purchased my XM4 from their ebay store a few years back and it was pretty much brand new.

Not much differ but definitely the xm6 will provide more high level noise handling doubtlessly.

Thanks for this!! Since they just came out, the refurb feels like a great deal because there is less of a chance that the battery has been used/cycles enough to degrade it.

Thanks from me, too. I picked up certified refurbished XM4s for $128+ tax to replace my aging XM2s. There was no manual (which probably wasn't anything much anyway) and no original packaging. But otherwise the headphones looked new, and they came with all of the accessories (audio cable, USB cable, airplane adapter, case). I looked on eBay to see what was comparable and most of those didn't have any of the accessories or even the case.
