You're missing out then. Yeah samsung is expensive for $2 materials.
I've got plenty of aftermarket ones. I didn't like the stock samsung ones to wear overnight since they snag so I use sport ones that tuck under but to each their own.

It will be interesting to see what kind of promotions are offered on 7/9 with the new foldables release. This may be an indicator that the Ultra is moving out of production to clear way for an upgrade.

If i trade in my watch 3, the price goes up to $275. If I trade-in my watch 6 classic, it drops to $200. Cheaper to not trade in an older watch. Lol

Currently wearing a 44mm watch 7, side/downgraded from a watch 5 pro.. Lost 1 full day of battery life

Not sure if it's worth upgrading to this ultra and then selling the watch 7...

Or just wait for the watch 8 next month

Any opinions?

Can someone post some links for aftermarket bands which will work with the Ultra? Thank you in advance. I got a couple different ones from Amazon but for some reason, the clip mechanism on them were not sturdy like the original and so I never looked for aftermarket again.

In October I got the Watch 7 for $60. I dont think it's worth it to pay $250 for a little bigger battery and a bulkier shape. But great find!

if you do a trade-in, make sure you take a video of yourself boxing your trade-in watch. The Samsung trade-in center is notorious for claiming that your trade-in is missing or not as described. I got stung, as well as many others. Then you have to go through an appeal with Samsung.

I literally just got notified today they accepted my trade in from possibly 6 or 7 months ago. I don't do trade ins anymore with Samsung. No control over there.

After 30 (or maybe it's 45) days, you can chat with them, and they'll manually approve it. Had to do this once, having done like 4 trade-ins.
