I've enjoyed their no questions asked warranty process and they've always included batteries too if a kit was purchased. V20 line is very good, your post is quite misleading.

I ordered late last night. I got an order ready for pickup at 6:30 AM, then later at 7:30 got an email that it had been cancelled. I called them to demand an answer, one of them said, my associate accidentally put it up as 'ready for pickup' before grabbing the item—unethical business practice.

Mine was ready for pickup early this morning and I just got a notification it was successful picked up.... Not sure by whom because it was not me. Maybe someone doesn't know how to cancel an order?

That happened to me at Advanced auto. They didnt have a part so they "Cancelled" The order.

2 months later, I got an email saying Thanks for picking up. I also got charged for it. Spent 30 minutes to get it refunded.

This is almost like a bait and switch from Lowe's. My order was ready to be picked up this morning and just received a cancellation email. I called Lowe's and was told due to incorrect price, it was cancelled. So, I asked them to send me an email with the reasons, I will follow it with state AG's office. Not that I need this, but it is an issue Lowe's need to work on it.

I ordered around 5:00 a.m. this morning. Received the pickup email around 6:30 a.m. saying it was in a locker. Picked it up around 4:00 p.m., no issues. It is pretty unethical to send ready for pickup emails and then cancel the orders.
