Looked at their website. Seems like EVERY unit has 4.5 to 5 star reviews (look at AMZ or the larger hardware stores, and all units have some negative reviews). Did look at their 'U' shaped window AC...and one of the pictures says 'Drink Cool, Delicious Ice Cubes'.

This brand has the most affordable items ever. I actually bought a 12K BTU mini split from them last weds. It arrived yesterday (Sunday) and I installed it. No issues so far. Wouldn't hesitate to buy this portable ac if I actually needed it

I first thought it was Govee brand...was looking forward to a portable AC that I control over Wifi and syncs to my Govee Bluetooth thermometer for more accurate temp control (like their now-recalled space heaters)
