hmm that definitely is the better choice; i wonder if they'll have a sale for it on prime day.

looking at a price tracker, the last time and lowest it's ever been on sale on the Amazon Buy Box was back on March 25th through March 31st for $76.49

Every single compact charger on the market overheats. There's a reason why expensive official Apple chargers are so huge.
