The "adults & kids" versions are 10% picaridin whereas the normal "clean feel" versions are 20% picaridin. For kids it may make sense to try to limit the amount of the active ingredient but for adults you might be better off getting the normal version so you don't need to apply as much of the product for it to be effective.
Picaridin is good though. It seems to be roughly as effective as deet but you don't have to worry about it dissolving some materials (this is the biggest problem with deet imo) and it's not smelly.
