Over the weekend Walmart ( sold by Newegg) had MSI Summit for 999.

Other than Intel processor vs AMD, would anyone know the difference b/w Summit and Prestige

The difference is very clear when you look at the displays in both. This one has a 4K OLED display while the other had a 1600p 165Hz IPS.
This laptop is better than that in almost every way. However, this is more suited for content creation, media consumption, productivity, just not much of gaming due to the 60Hz display. The summit is better suited for some gaming.

You gloss over "Intel vs AMD" but there's currently some gigantic differences depending on which chips you're looking at. In mobile today some Intel chips compete on power, others on efficiency, but none offer the best-of-both-worlds use case like the Ryzen AI 9 series (IMO).
Summit is a different form factor slightly. Screen folds 360 and it includes the touch pen. Also, this specific version of the Prestige has a 4k screen (some do not).
So there's a ton of functional differences really.
