Not sure if you are being sarcastic.

MSG is good. MSG naturally occurs in many foods like meats, mushrooms and tomatoes. Look at most snacks and there is MSG added. MSG will not cause you to get a headache.

Always like having some ramen around that can be "doctored" with some fresh ingredients for a meal. Add some chopped scallions, bok choy and cooked shrimp to the "shrimp flavored" for a quick meal with protein.
Frozen shrimp is so easy to cook once thawed. 60-90 seconds with some garlic in the microwave. Very tasty to add to ramen.

Would get a box but I just bought a box of Mama brand pork flavor (their Tom Yum is the best) at the Asian store. I know this is not healthy but yeah I only use 2/3 of the seasoning and don't drink most of the soup.

Whatever flavor u like. Noodles are the same besides the broth packet. Though chicken goes down easier.

My former boss used to make the best ramen hack! Lime and hot sauce are the key (sriracha would be best!) Maaaan those are bomb!
