I got this on last deal. works great. lasts waaay longer than I need it to and it's fairly loud. I paid a bit more last time though so at sub $10 it's a fantastic deal.

This thing is nice in theory, and in practice almost meets that mark - however the only white noise option on it is just...bad. Has several noise options that I truly believe almost no one uses (cricket, ocean, rain, etc) but the single white noise is slightly too high pitch for my wife and I.

Just not worth it over the higher end models, even if its about 25% of the size.

Don't know about androids but iPhones can play white noise and it doesn't block you from doing anything else. Nothing else needs to be said.

Saw several say the code didn't work, so I played around with it. Code does NOT work on all colors, maybe just cream? Add to cart, then change payment, the add the code, then confirm payment method.

Try the pink noise setting. It's essentially white noise without the higher frequencies.

It would block anything that makes noise though. So you wouldn't be able to watch media with headphones or play games or whatever. I mean I still use my phone instead of one of these but there is a small tiny sliver of a use case for people who need white noise for somebody else but want their phone to make noise too.

I'm unsure which setting I ended up using, but I swiped through them all several times. None of them are a even close to a good analog for a noise maker with a fan, nor even a Lectro-fan.

We used it overnight anyways, but both decided we would always bring the full sized noisemaker on trips moving forward. I'll toss this one in my backpack as a just in-case or for others I'm travelling with.
