Worth noting that that stuff only matters for writes, not reads. But the lack of any sort of buffer can significantly slow down writes, and the drive is already below Sony's spec to begin with. Teamgroup is a solid brand and it will most likely still work ok in a PS5, but it will be noticeably slower than the internal drive.
For just $10 more ($17 if you prefer Amazon over what Newegg has turned into) you can get the Teamgroup MP44Q which is a 7400/6500MB/s (R/W) drive that does have DRAM; that would be my choice over the G50 for any application really. Don't try to use that one in a PS5 with just the graphene label though; those are meant to go under the built-in heatsinks on motherboards. For PS5 you'll need to get a proper low-profile heatsink to go with it (so add another $7-10 to the cost for that).

Maybe you've got the MP44Q mixed up with a different, likely more expensive model?

BTW, the Team Group MP44Q is a DRAM-less QLC drive.
