This Reddit article provided a lot of info on the situation. Further, it seems that Anker, Baseus, Ugreen, Romoss, Xiaomi, or Aukey are Amprius customers that were identified as using the faulty cells (and have resulting product recalls). However, China did ban all power banks that do not have the CCC certification from flights. This includes all power banks made before the certification was available in 2023. (This extends to power banks in 2024 that did not yet have the certification.)

I could not find any info that INIU uses Amprius batteries. It is plausible. Yet your post states conclusively that INIU has had problems and that they use Amprius cells. Thats spreading misinformation under the guise of being helpful. A better statement would be "maybe hold off on buying batteries right now. There is a massive recall going on related to a supplier of Anker and many other companies." That would be accurate.
