- Cast iron grill pan has a textured, preseasoned skin that helps build seasoning. We use only non-GMO, kosher-certified flaxseed oil to season it, and it's made without PTFE, PFAS, or other chemicals for natural cooking.
- This grill skillet has raised ridges that are perfect for indoor or outdoor grilling. It allows the perfect amount of heat distribution and retention for more evenly cooked food.
- Made with natural materials and can be used on the stove, on an induction cooktop, in the oven, over a campfire, or on a grill up to 1,000°F. Your food will stay warm and be infused with natural iron.

I was young, inexperienced cook. This is still a hunk of metal in the bottom of some cabinet.
It's good for anything you want to suspend above the grease (baked chicken, kielbasa, turkey meatballs). For steaks and such, regular cast iron gives a better sear.
