These shouldn't get mixed up with the "complete nutrition" ones. Really they are the best for the money and have 30g protein with 150 Calories.

It has the basic artificial sweeteners that many drinks trying to cut down sugar content have. How bad that is for humans long term remains to be seen.
Some of the ingredients might increase the risk of cancer. They might not. Digestive issues are generally the most known and common issue.
Most people I know tend to use flavored protein powder and most of that stuff uses the same artificial sweeteners. Unflavored protein tastes pretty bad and doing the extra work to mix in vegetables and fruits is a) a lot more effort than most would like (especially those in the RTD protein drink market), b) likely more expensive, and c) unlikely to taste great, though mileage will vary here.
I also heard they have the highest amount of microplastics in their bottles, but eh.

I'm honestly not sure why someone would get the Core shakes over the Nutrition since the latter is easier to drink (11.5oz vs 14oz), has more protein (30g vs 26g), costs less, has less sugar, and has more vitamins/minerals.
Side note: I've tried Nurri as well since aluminum is much more recyclable than the fairlife plastic packaging. The taste is nearly as good, and it seems to be less expensive on a day-to-day basis.
