I have glass top stove. Will these work with these or is better just to use a reg pan/cast iron

I've cracked a griddle like this on a glass top because the raised lip causes the empty area underneath to superheat like crazy. Sounded like a gunshot when it happened, but luckily didn't break the glass range itself. Use something that sits directly on the glass and you'll be fine.

Yes you can, but always keep them on the burner that's hot and dont scoot the cast iron to another burner that's cold when your done cooking, or you might have thermal shock and your glass could crack. If your stove has this risk, usually the owners manual will have a thermal shock warning.

I'm looking at this because I just cracked mine on a glass top stove. 100% my fault, tried to heat it up too quickly. Stove top was fine fortunately.
