I highly recommend getting a dedicated WiFi 6 AP and using the Steam Link app. There is a small amount of compression noise if I look for it, but it is well worth it to be wireless and I don't need quest software installed on my PC. I use a refurb Netgear R6700AX that I got for $18.

i bought this cable awhile back. the only thing its got going for it is a sturdy cable and is long. The problems I had with this are sometimes it doesn't detect my headset not sure if thats a meta app issue. The charging wattage is downgraded from your source. i have this plugged into the official quest 3 power adapter. i tested this but plugging in my phone, it says an hour and something to full. I then unplugged the power and plugged it directly from power adapter to phone, i then get 45 mins to full.
