Yeah, but the payment processor they're using requires your SSN and bank account. It's not a straight gift card.

I can confirm the credit is a discount code that doesn't stack with sale prices, if you try use the discount code on a sale then the price will revert to full price, the sale prices are usually better than $150. The discount code is worthless unless you absolutely cannot wait for a sale. Otherwise the $100 is better as you can still get the sale price and $100.

from what I've heard, the $150 is just a discount code and is not stackable so get the $100 and you will get a better upgrade deal

Payoneer's ToS says they'll charge you $29.95 if you set up an account and don't transfer at least $20000 within 12 months. The associated subreddit is full of horror stories.
Is this the best company Google could use to process this? WTF?

If the email is different as it says they will need more info, should I proceed anyway or best to use the email currently registered with device?

Can I ask what country you're in? I'm reading elsewhere that people haven't been able to combine the store credit with the Fi offer so I wonder if it's country-specific or just good luck!
I'm in the US.

I used a different email address (using iCloud's "hide my email" feature) and got approved just fine. I also used a random SSN since I didn't want to give that up either.

Both worked. I feel no guilt. Took about 10 minutes from start to verification to finish.

From Payoneer: "We're happy to let you know that we have approved your request to get payments from Google LLC."
From google: "We found your Payoneer account. Within 24 hours, you should receive a confirmation email and a direct deposit to the account you registered via Payoneer."

You purchased on the Google Store, not the Fi store, right? I see the offer for existing Fi customers on the Google Store, but when I actually go to purchase the phone and can choose a carrier, I only get the Fi offer for new customers.

Didn't work for me. Get the following message.

"The IMEI you entered is not eligible for a repair at no cost to you, cash payment, or Google Store hardware discount credit under the Pixel 6a Battery Performance Program."

PayPal, phone carriers, Facebook market, ebay, healthcare providers, elementary or high school, gym membership, etc. I didn't mean that you specifically hand yours out.

Everyone wants to store it! SSN bargain bin
eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and PayPal only if you're a seller, not a buyer. Gym memberships need SSN, so you must look elsewhere. In fact, prepaid cell phone service providers have not asked me for my SSN (Metro while ordering phones and Visible). You don't need to provide your SSN at school for enrollment (optional). Also, don't provide your SSN at the dentist's office even if it is your primary ID (they know how to get your info based on details).

Most of the places SSN is optional, and if you refuse to give it, they will bend over backward to accommodate you. Otherwise I look elsewhere.

At the end of the day, individuals have the freedom to choose how they manage their personal lives. Some people put every detail on social media, and some keep it private....

I purchased my PIxel 6a directly from Google and not eligible. I wonder if it's only for recent purchases still under warranty? My PIxel 6a was purchased in 2022
I purchased mine from Google, also in (July) 2022, and I'm eligible/not under warranty

I'm trying to check if my 6a is eligible. If I choose a preference (repair/payment/code) am I locked into that option? I would just like to know if I'm eligible or not.

Option 1: take $100 cash
Option 2: Take $150, stack with $125 discount code form Google expiring 7/9, $80 trade in for 9A.

Also, If I decide to take the discount code will it stack with the $125 upgrade code that I received from Google that expires 7/9.

From what a few people posted on Reddit the credit is good until sometime in July 2026.

Thanks

Is it for people who bought straight from Google or bought unlocked? Mine didn't work either. I bought locked from T-Mobile and they unlocked 6 months later. Darn.
Dang, yea, I bought from metro or something for $80 and all 3 are not eligible

I don't believe the codes will combine Frown
You can only use one code per order. Codes can't be combined with other promotions.
