For those unfamiliar this gives you smartphone notifications plus fitness tracking with GPS on a battery that will go 40 days between charges or more if you catch some sun.

Oldskool display, no (easy to use) maps or media directly on the watch. If you can live without those it's great.

Its replacement, the Instinct 3 Solar 50mm, doesn't have a lot of new features surprisingly, so the 2X is a good deal for $100 less.

I would get the Instinct 3 for $60 more. I can get the Instinct 3 50mm for $360 using the discount on Anthem. Those who have Anthem insurance can get a %20 discount on most watches except the newly released (less than 6 months) models
