Ring has permanently removed the feature that allowed law enforcement to submit direct requests for your footage via the Neighbors app. As of late January 2024, police in the U.S. must now obtain a valid warrant to access your Ring recordings (or invoke emergency protocols), and Ring no longer notifies you via the app of any such request option. Just like any other security system…

I canceled this and glad I did. The 2k one is such a huge upgrade. Ultra wide angle. Much more clearer.
