Did the same but did not get a code for the 20% and do not see the deduction in the cart either.
I removed previously added camera from cart and re-added and now it looks like it shows up as a $10 gift card instead of a 20% discount.
So $10 trade-in for old camera + $10 gift card = $20 off came out to $33.29. Hope that is correct.

No, you should see 20% off and then $10 GC at checkout

Total came down to $75 for me with taxes

I have this camera with flood lights for about a year now. I would only get this if you're installing it where you're able to reach the camera easily. This camera constantly goes off line or drops signal. When you contact support, they will always ask you to do a hard rest. The reset involves one person cutting off the power to your entire house and the second person has to hold down the power button. This happens every 3-4 months for me. The last time I contacted support they wanted video proof of me resetting to receive support. That was the last straw for me.

You should check distance to your sync module. I have had these installed for over a year and never had to reset it once. I just bought two more

It's less than 10 feet away. The battery-powered blink that's 30 feet away never drops, so go figure.
