CPU/GPU Performance, Number of PCIe Bus, number of NVMe storage and their bandwidth, Number and high bandwidth ports, and Networking wise, this is a far superior than UGREEN one.
Thanks. I'll likely build from components then. I've built PCs from scratch awhile ago, but never a dedicated NAS server so it should be a fun learning experience.

"Power Adapter DC 19V/14.73A (5525mm) 280W", that's a hell lot of amperage for 5.5x2.5mm barrel connector; sound like a fire hazard to me.

I just searched for 5.5x2.5mm connectors on mouser, and the part with highest current rating is at 10A: https://www.mouser.com/c/connecto...r=5.5%20mm

Where the hell did they even source a 5.5x2.5mm connector capable of 14.73A?

Also, judged from the picture, it's just that jack by itself; terrible idea if you ask me; at least use one with additional fastener screws or something, or use one of those 4-pin connector with latch.

Dude, almost all higher end Laptop adapters, over 250W, comes with that AMP rating. Just check the specification of HP 280W Slim Smart 7.4mm AC Adapter (4J0P0AA). Looks like you just barely looked. Here is just one example:

Lets stop posting made up stuffs.

Did you not see that it's 5.5x2.5; not the 7.4mm you're referring to? I thought you said stop posting made up stuffs.

You are still making it up without any research. That 5.5x2.5 is a common size in all Chinese brands and used widely in their laptop OEMs like Mechrevo, Clevo, XMG etc. which are used by a lot of companies like MSI and Gigabyte. A simple Google search could have answered those for you. Below are some example:
FSP 280W 20V 14A Power Adapter FSP280-ACAN3 5.5*2.5mm Laptop Charger (Used by Mechrevo OEM Chassis)
https://www.ebay.com/itm/365589888067
Delta ADP‑280BB B – 20 V 14 A (280 W), 5.5 × 2.5 mm (MSI GE66/GE76, Clevo models)
https://www.amazon.com/Power-Char...B09BB1HKB6
Chicony 20 V 14 A (280 W), 5.5 × 2.5 mm (XMG)
https://www.amazon.com/Charger-GM...B0BZRLLSJ2
Let me know if you need more examples as well. Rather than just posting negative baseless comments just for sake of posting, try to do basic research.

First of all, you're the one making up the 7.4mm specs when the item listing had cleared stated 5521. That's in your post.

Second, I'm not the one stupid enough to trust Amazon seller's made up numbers over datasheets on mouser. You are.
If you think amazon has more credibility than mouser for electronic parts, then you don't know what you're talking about and should not make comments here.

Lastly, my initial statement still stands: where did they source a part for 14.7A current? Did you fail to read that?

I think you are circling around after proven false.
"Power Adapter DC 19V/14.73A (5525mm) 280W", that's a hell lot of amperage for 5.5x2.5mm barrel connector"

That was your complain. So, I gave you links that there are multiple brands using that 5525mm barrel pin chargers with 14A+ current. Now not sure why you are bringing 7.4mm in the 1st place. And now you are not trusting Amazon Sellers. Almost all the Chinese OEM laptop makers like Clevo, Tongfang, Mechrevo use that and any laptops like XMG, CyberpowerPC, Gigabyte, MSI, using those Chassis, use that type of Power supply

You're the one brought up 7.4mm. This is from your earlier comment when you first try to argue about the safety of 5.5x2.5mm connector for 14A: "HP 280W Slim Smart 7.4mm AC Adapter (4J0P0AA)"

Next, a bunch them making 5.5x2.5 connector running 14A just mean that there are way more stupid people. There are plenty of reports of that 5.5x2.5 connector melting under load for those laptop, and that's precisely proofing the industry-wide problem of overloading 5.5x2.5mm connector beyond its capacity.
I don't get why'd you think bringing up more examples of such overloading would imply it's acceptable. It's like bringing up more serial killer stories doesn't make murder acceptable. your logic is very flawed.

Here are a bunch reports of laptop's power jack melting, and an overwhelmingly large portion are those 5.5x2.5mm connectors.
ASUS: https://www.reddit.com/r/computer..._charging/
MSI: https://www.reddit.com/r/MSILapto...rt_melted/
Clevo (with Sagar branding): https://superuser.com/questions/4...-in-laptop
unspecified brand: https://www.reddit.com/r/laptops/...astic_has/
Another example with MSI GS63VR 6RF: https://www.reddit.com/r/MSILapto...port_help/
Review showed that this model came with 180W power adapter (using notebookcheck review). Assuming it's using the industry convention of 20V power, then it's 9A max yet the jack can't handle it.

Furthermore, here are few repair videos specifically for the 5.5x2.5mm connector melting issue for some Clevo laptop. The fact that such issue has a specific multiple videos for its repair says that it's a pattern of it happening over and over. Those are Clevo laptops with Hasee brand:
https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1H34y1N7pj/
https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1Pr421L7qy/
The 1st one didn't mention exact model. 2nd one said its Hasee TX8, which is re-branded Clevo N960KP. Looked up reviews for "Hasee TX8"and it came with 230W adapter.

Just look at those melted power connector and tell me how is that not a fire hazard? A bunch of idiotic companies overloading it with 14A doesn't make it safe to do so.

Btw, in case you didn't know, XMG and CyberPowerPC are just rebranded Clevo, so there's no point of bringing up them redundantly. OriginPC and xoticPC also had a good amount of re-branded cleve. Similarly, Mechrevo is rebranded Tongfang as Tongfang is the ODM.
