I see this message when trying to purchase garbage bags. It has something to do with a ban in effect at the particular state or location where you're shipping it to.
Edit: I just checked Walmart's website and it appears they will ship to my address on there so it's just something weird with Amazon shipping..
But thats by spraying directly in them...with raid, I can spray doorways/areas and it will cover the area for weeks
