[A]: Yes, if you enable gamesharing, you can play it on your main account just fine.

[A]: Yes it does.
[Q]: Where are these keys coming from?
[A]: I don't have a complete answer, however, I can provide a possible insight. A while back, folks from China, Hong Kong, and a few other countries were importing PS5 consoles from Japan and were grabbing the Spider-Man 2 bundle. The codes are region locked to Japanese PSN rendering it useless for the PSN in their respective country and decided to resell the codes instead. I am not saying this is the case for this seller, I'm just providing info based on what I have seen from a few sellers that have shared.
