appears to have issues with the handle spring being weak, so the door might not always latch\close
the deadbolt not closing if there's any friction at all
the inside door handle breaks off
no battery low indicator, it just behaves weird
the touch screen appears to be extremely sensitive (such as rain), which drains the batteries quickly
