Same as my other post:

Never owned one of these.
They have Lii-on or some other battery and needs to be charged.

How do u maintain it? Do you need it to be plugged in at home all the time?
Because you rarely use them - only in emergency. Rest of the time?
These are the things that I am considering.

Besides the reviews can not be trusted. They are from China I believe.
If there is a reputable brand with good warranty .....?
