Are these spools the same size as 1kg spools? Any issues fitting in a bambu lab AMS?

I use bamboo labs. I find Jayo, Kingsroo, and techbear petg extremely reliable, hassle free and cheap. I believe some are all of them are the same product under different names. That may or may not be correct but it seems like it to me.

I use a lot of petg and know less about PLA

Note that Jayo has 1.1 kg per pool instead of 1 kg. The extra 10% effectively makes the price about $75, compared to the same length of filament of 1 kg which is standard with other brands.

I have not had any problems with Jayo on my bamboo labs printers.

The case for using a toaster oven with dehydrate function as an alternative to standalone filament dryers.

I'll also chime in and see here: consider one of those fancy toaster ovens that go on fire sale prices as a filament dryer alternative. You'll have to download the manual and make sure it has a dehydrated mode function that lets the oven go down to 120°F. You can change the display to read as Fahrenheit or Celsius typically.

The advantage are it will be very stable since you have a oven that will go 450° f but it's always going temperatures like 120f to 160 or so. So the high-quality heating elements will be operating at low power low stress for almost guaranteed long long life. They typically have a fan in them that circulates around the filament better, instead of having the heat element close to one side of the filament which I see often in standard filament dryers. The build quality of a toaster oven is nicer usually stainless steel.

I really like this filament, but if you print fast with a CoreXY-style printer you may have some issues with thermal expansion and scraping the top of the print. If speed isn't a huge concern, or if you're fine with spending the time dialing it in, great value.
