90 day warranty, may want to wait to see if the same deal if offered through their eBay store since those usually come with 2 year warranties

It's the best over the ear noise canceling headphone on the market. At $304, I gave it a try. Thanks OP.

For my XM3 or XM4 users like me who are looking to upgrade I would hold for a better price.

Same! They still work great. A little wear on upper band. I just really want a blue pair; trying not to let consumerism take it's hold. 😄

Came here to say exactly this. It scares me how bad the build quality might be. Hopefully, it's just a few idiots who are heavy-handed.

Secondipity is terrible. I ordered a filtered water pitcher and got sent 3 separate broken items. I didn't even bother sending back the last one and just took my loss. Their return process is not customer friendly, and their customer service is non-existent. Not recommended to buy anything from them.

How's the NC?
I have the 5s and I was also wondering if anyone gave these a shot yet. The 5s are the best so i am not upgrading at this time, but it is tempting!

I also have the XM3. The pads wore out on mine and the replacement pads I ordered from Amazon made the noise cancelling worthless. The headphones are trying to cancel outside sound, but the new pads change the sound of the headphones so I can now hear the outside noise and the noise that was supposed to cancel out the outside noise. I haven't been able to find original Sony earpads, so the headphones are now worthless. Every set of replacement pads I look at has a couple of reviews that say the noise cancellation is ruined by the replacement pads.

they all say they are the best, even the $10 ones
In this case, Sony is the best. You can't go wrong with Bose as well.

I've bought 3 Sony noise cancelling headphones from them. The XM3, 2 XM4's and they all came in a brown box looking brand new. They all are still working and the XM3 is like 3-4 years old. I'm only lookin to upgrade to the XM6 as the noise cancelling is even better. I bought the XM4's as gifts for my brother and his GF as they fly a lot. Theirs is still working with no issues. I have no issues buying from Secondipity at all. My guess is that the boxes are damaged so they send in a brown box. Or they have 30 day return window and people return it after using it on a flight. Regardless, all the ones I purchased came looking like they have never been worn.

I bought a XM4 from Secondpity last fall and it was labeled as "new" but it arrived and was clearly used. The plastic has some scratches on it and someone's ear wax was still inside the ear piece, so they didn't even try to clean it or make it look new.
