Good price but there is no reason to choose Intel over AMD at all. Intel is slower less efficient, I guess if you get an absolute steal of an Intel CPU price...

arent they both bad now? they both plateau'd with similar resulrs from what i rememeber back in 2021ish. i got juked by getting 12th gen intel for "working better" with windows 11. but i forgot 11 was also the every other edition/iteration that was bad with windows. but i got an rtx gpu so... it didnt necessarily not work out neither lol... i think just finding the cheapest atm is your best/smartest choice nowadays.

13th and 14th were the fastest but they suffered from microcode that rendered many useless and others got deteriorated. They "fixed" micro code issue with BIOS updates which made them not overheat so much, but that made them slower than before.
Then came 7800x3d that beat those Intel while using less power less heat and even cheaper. 9800 came out that beat 7000 series while latest Intel surrended speed in favor of marketing as power efficient with their efficiency cores... Which got beat in both efficiency and speed by 9000 AMD.
So no, only Intel is bad now, AMD is by far the dominant. Even laptop makers started to switch to AMD.
