Vudu and Fandango have many, many deals available for them right now at 20% off. Mix It Up gift cards can be bought at 20% off any day of the week from Costco if you have a membership there, and they often go on sale for 20% off at Kroger, but if you're looking for a deal on them now and don't have access to a Costco, this is a decent discount.

Target currently has 20% off Vudu on $25/50/100 and if you use a Red/Circle card it saves you a little more (not exactly 5% as it takes into account the new price).
Vudu the site is usually a bit more expensive to purchase from even when there are sales as they are $7-8 vs $5 at other retailers but sometimes you might get a curiosity price match but YMMV.

True, but Best Buy does the reward certificate thing. I have a $10 certificate that expires this week. Combined with this 15% discount, and a $25 gift card would only cost $11.25, which is 55% off.

Those certs can't be used on gift cards in my experience, but if it works out for you that's a much better deal.

I see now you are correct. I knew you couldn't use it towards first party gift cards or visa/Mastercard prepaid cards, but many places let you stack discounts on third party gift cards. Apparently that's not the case here.
