Most likely a custom HP one that may not have the best thermals but will still perform decent. I know for the 3000 series, they used a reference design so any aftermarket waterblocks for FE worked for it if that's your jam

Dang. I just bought the pre-built 45L with 5090, 64GB RAM and 2TB SSD yesterday at about $700 more. It just got shipped anf can't cancel to get this custom built at much cheaper price. Hope I waited one more day to get this deal.

This exact same HP Omen 45L. Only difference was prebuilt model vs custom-built (subject deal). If I match this deal's spec to prebuilt model that I ordered such as 64GB ram l, 2TB ssd, and 1200w psu, total become $3,428 before tax vs prebuilt price of $3,815.
