These have replaced my Airpods Pro 2s. Much more comfortable (Apple's in-ears are especially uncomfortable for me) and I even like the sound signature more (less low bass given the lack of isolation, but the mids/upper mids seem more upfront). The noise cancelling is 70-80% of the Pro 2s, but works well if you are using them walking around outside where you can't be too absorbed (awareness mode makes these even better). Only downside is the battery life (~3hrs with noise cancelling) which has been a bit annoying on the few plane trips I've done recently (8 hr + flights).

The one you're referring to do NOT have ANC.

Agree w/ pretty much all of that. The ANC isn't quite as effective as the Pro 2, but it's impressive what they managed to achieve without sealing eartips, and the comfort is so much better for me than the Pro 2.

My favorite feature is the Adaptive mode, which the Pro 2 also has. Basically the best of ANC and transparency blended together, it filters out fatiguing noises (like the drone of HVAC systems) but lets in enough of the right sounds to help you maintain situational awareness. Have tried tons of other earbuds, there's nothing else like it. Really surprised Apple hasn't marketed this feature more aggressively, because for me it's the killer feature of their ANC earbuds.

These are great for those who can't stand the pros or tips in general. The anc is surprisingly good for a form factor where people have claimed for years anc won't work.

In for one from Walmart. Never tried the 3 nor 4 so I dunno how these fit me, still on my AirPods 2 and the AirPods Pro do not fit me at all.

Bought from Amazon, already delivered early morning, brown bag package does not look like tampered, but the actual Airpod package is opened and of course the Airpod is missing. I'm guessing it's not the driver, probably someone in warehouse...
