You need to upgrade bios to FB1(MB rev 1.2)/ F30(MB rev 1.0/1.1) or newer.

Got it to work with a 9700x and 96GB. Needed to update the BIOS manually with the Q-flash procedure. It's been trouble-free for 6 months. This is also an insane price at $150, no brainer

Did all kinds of BIOS updates, cmos clearing, new ram installs. Still couldn't get it after 2 months of stress.

$240+ elsewhere. ITX boards are rarely on sale. this one is NOT likely to fry your CPU like the asrock motherboards keep doing.

there are cashback websites out there that currently offer as much as 30% back at woot right now. i can't link them or name them as it's against forum rules. IYKYK. potentially you can get this for as little as $110 after cashback. but even at $150 it's still a good deal

Was getting ready to pull the trigger on this because of the price a few weeks back but found an open box Aorus 850x with WiFi7 and supports up to 128gb of ram instead of 64 for just under $200 at Micro Center.
