I got the cup holder insert when we first bought our car because people on Reddit said I absolutely needed it. It made the cupholders way too small. I mean, maybe if you only drink stuff out of cans it would be great. None of my bottles would fit.

We got the "3 in 1 Tesla Charger Mount" for phone, AirPods, and Watch for my partner's MY, and her Galaxy S22 Ultra in a slim case would no longer fit on the charger, so we had to remove it. Yes, I realize this was designed for Apple products. Just be forewarned that it shrinks the footprint for your phone a non-negligible amount.
We've also had the cupholder inserts, and if you're any kind of American at all, it will affect the usability of your cupholders. For my M3 Highland, it made the bumpers so stiff that it became uncomfortably difficult to remove drinks, to the point that I was afraid of crushing or spilling drinks when removing them. I got some shallow cupholder inserts instead that only stick up about half an inch, and they worked much better for me.
