Wish they would have done this sale earlier. I instead decided to buy a new battery for my Garmin 705 instead of buying a new unit. The problem is the 705 has the old type mount and that makes it not very secure on the bike when you add the adapter.

Plus we have very rough roads. So it is only a matter of time until the 705 goes flying off the bike.

Where'd you get the battery,you can probably return it and get this.
