Great alternative to the RZ70 IF you don't need 11 channels & don't need the extra power, saving $600.
You get the same 2 independent sub outs, Dirac Live & purchase access to Dirac's Bass Control($300) as the RZ70.

They actually had it for $750 OB for a short period prior.
A couple people reported they received brand new ones.
The majority didn't feel it was a good buy though.
The majority believed the IntegraDRX 3.4 for $569 is a better buy.
