We bought a turn 2 me for my wifes car when buybuybaby was going bankrupt so it was reasonable back then. I have this exact model extend2fit on my tacoma and it's a little bit of a maneuvering to get my son in the seat. It would probably be great in a minivan or larger suv.
We own two of these extend2fit models and one of the turn2me 360 models. Personally I don't think the 360 is worth the extra cost, it's not a bad feature just not worth the $200 more imo. And also on Paul's previous comment as he mentioned having a Tacoma, Tacoma backseats are very tight in general, not optimal for fitting child seats but can be done and as he mentioned it's not a problem in a full size truck/suv back seat. We love ours and will probably buy another for the mother in-law to have for our kids.

Check if this model is the 2 in 1 or the 3 in 1. The 2 in 1 requires that forward facing kids under 40 lbs use the seat on a flatter recline than you would typically want to use. The 3 in 1 doesn't have this issue. My 5 year old still weighs less than 40 lbs because she's a peanut. I turned her on her 5th birthday knowing that it was not feasible to rear face until we maxed out the seat.
This is the normal Amazon price my wife got one a few months ago. Not a bad deal but not really on sale (there are multiple similar models so pricing can be confusing). Good car seat! She does like the Cybex we got new from goodbuygear better that was only $100 at the time and has smart features.
