Mine just showed up. Here are pics of what you get. It does have a 5.0 ah battery and it is green and black, so the walmart pic is wrong. It is pro as well. The box say 4 year warranty.

FYI this is an old version. 3 year tool and 2 year battery warranty too. Found the review on Consumer reports and it's just mediocre. Newer versions are reviewed much better.

Yep. I had purchased a mower from Lowes after price matching and got it today. On the box on top in black banner, it states Pro model but no where on the mower did it state that it was pro. Nor was it stated in the listing on Lowe's website. So I called Greenworks and they say any 6v or 8v model is a Pro.I told them I had an older model pro and it had Pro on the bag and everywhere else and they said they don't put it everywhere anymore on the mower. My old battery on old Greenworks mower I have doesn't make any noise when charging. This new charger makes noise like a fan blowing. Evidently that is the Rapid charger at work. It does charge a lot quicker than my old charger did and that's a very good thing.Did anyone get an extra blade with their mower? I thought I was supposed to get one. The listing stated as a bullet point:21-in Replacement Blade - Item# 1243106I was thinking it would be included but maybe they were just saying you can replace the blade later on with this one.
Can you explain how the price match was done? I dont see anything common between lowes and Walmart models. Can you please share more details like the lowes product link, did you chat or call lowes customer care for price match etc. Thanks

I didn't get this self-propelled model. I price matched the non-self propelled model when it was 257.00. I just called them. After calling their 800 number, there is a prompt to click so and so for price matching. Then just explain which model on Lowes you want to price match with the one on Walmart or Amazon. Easy Peasy.

I have hills in my yard but no need for self-propelled when the non-self propelled is so light that it just glides over the grass. Self-propelled is just something else to break. Why bother? This isn't a heavy gas mower.

It's too bad this was upvoted and shows up on front page. It's wrong.

That's the warranty that was listed by Walmart for the mower. The actual box that showed up says 4-year warranty on it. It is an older mower but it has the newer color scheme on it at least. The not so good consumer reports review compared to the new ones makes me wonder though.

It's a 4 year warranty, says so right on the box and in the manual.

Mine gets here tomorrow. Interested to see how it works out. I've been using a Craftsman 2x20V which has generally been fine, so as long as this does as well I'll be happy.
(I just checked Greenworks website for this model and it shows the Pro images and the 4 year warranty there too. We shall see.)

How do you like it?

I have had the 60V version of this for about 6 years now and I am super happy with it. My battery normally gets two full mows with one recharge unless I let it get way too long. Highly recommend.

The longer charge time is likely due to the larger battery (5Ah). Not sure which battery the Amazon unit has. This is an older model, with the round handles, the newer ones are square aluminum handles and have different controls. Not a bad deal, considering the cost of the Greenworks 5 Ah battery ($300+),https://www.google.com/search?q=G...s-wiz-serp
The 80V 5Ah batteries can be found on sale for a lot cheaper. I bought one awhile back on Amazon for $225. The 8Ah batteries can go as low as $315.

Super silly that they refuse to offer these mowers as tool only. The whole point of buying into a company's electric battery powered catalog is that you can use the same batteries in all of the tools.
I already have Greenworks batteries. I don't need any more, and won't buy any more. They can either sell me the tool only, or I can decide to never buy any more Greenworks tools in the future.

Everyone else is selling a tool only at this price and charge you more for the battery. My situation is the opposite where I need the battery and not the tools. I take the batteries off you on the kit for $10/AH and you can sell the charger on eBay for a few more bucks. Win-win for both Smilie I bought 2 of the 800 CFM blower recently to get extra 4 AH batteries. More than happy to offload one of them and throw in the charger with the 2.5AH battery.
