Mine just showed up. Here are pics of what you get. It does have a 5.0 ah battery and it is green and black, so the walmart pic is wrong. It is pro as well. The box say 4 year warranty.

FYI this is an old version. 3 year tool and 2 year battery warranty too. Found the review on Consumer reports and it's just mediocre. Newer versions are reviewed much better.

I've been waiting on a solid sale for a Greenworks 80v self propelled mower. I checked reviews on this model, and checked at Consumer Reports. This is the Consumer Reports take:

"Nothing about this mediocre 21-inch self-propelled mower from GreenWorks stands out. In addition to earning only average mulching and bagging ratings in CR's tests, the machine does a subpar job of dispersing clippings in side-discharge mode. The battery runs for about 30 minutes before it needs to be recharged, CR's testers found."

I'm gonna take a pass on this one. Wait for a Pro model.

According to the Greenworks Tools website, the 2502402NV model number is associated with the MO80L510 model.
Tried to cancel mine and it's been sitting as requested to cancel for hours...must be shipping from greenworks not walmart which is pretty instant.

I also noticed most websites selling the MO80L510 have the same reviews which are all taken from greenworks website. They are for the wrong mower too....the green ones. If you sort out the verified purchases for the right mower (can do this on lowes looking at the right column) there are some negative reviews for the correct mower. Looks like Greenworks tried to flood the negatives with other mower reviews. There are some good reviews though they are all from years ago....for sure and old model.

I dunno if Best Buy still has it and I'm sure it will come back. They sell the for $380 off and on as a deal of the day type thing. Model: 2544802/MO80L413SKU: 6525831 I actually have one of those coming.

When I zoom in, I see PRO on the top.
I think they used the wrong images, because the images also say 4 year tool and battery where the listing text has shorter durations.

I bought this but am starting to wonder if I should get the cheaper one without self-propelled.

Mine gets here tomorrow. Interested to see how it works out. I've been using a Craftsman 2x20V which has generally been fine, so as long as this does as well I'll be happy.
(I just checked Greenworks website for this model and it shows the Pro images and the 4 year warranty there too. We shall see.)

Be aware, this is NOT the PRO version.
All the 80V tools I have are labeled "Greenworks Pro". I think they all are, just marketing hype. They do make an 82V "Commercial" line, which is different.

What are our thoughts on this one? Also on sale, $40 more. Brushless, 2x2AH, self-propelled. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Greenw...5054876061

Nah. Not self propelled. 35 mins run time with two batteries is very small yards for which there are better options and for the money.

This is the amazon link for it and the model number is MO80L510 per the UPC barcode on the box. Note that MO80L510 is the model with the crappy consumer reports review as someone else posted above. I compared to the consumer reports rating on a newer 80v model which was rated better.

Could you clarity the year and month. My library has a database, but it's terrible with lousy cross-indexing. An issue is the easiest way for me.

I just went over the bulk of my yard with it and am very impressed compared to my old one. I don't have a big yard, I'd say 5000sqft of grass. It only took 1/3 of the battery and seemed plenty powerful for my needs.

That's great!

Does this one spin the blade faster when you hit heavy grass? It lists that on the more new models.

Can measure how long the battery is? I want to know if it fits inside my chainsaw Smilie
